We got this note about a new calendar that features Lishia Dean and Jen Hendershott among other North Carolina physique athletes!

"Recently Jen and Lishia Dean were able to participate in a project to create a 2008 calendar of North Carolina Fitness women! Jen Hendershott is on the cover and the month of December and staff member, Lishia Dean, is the month of November.

"The calendars came out great! If you are interested in the purchase of one and to help the charity.. Go to: www.jennyh.com and scroll down to the bottom of the page to purchase the calendar!

So I checked out the BODIES exhibit that's all over the world and it was
pretty cool. Some of the most ripped people you will see. Although
many physiques weren't as impressive as the physique athletes we see all
the time, it was really neat to see what's under the skin. There were
some cool cutaways of bodies and my favorite may have been the shelf
guy, but I think there are different people at each exhibit. Definitely
worth checking out if you are into the human body!
